Background:
Minerva Consulting along with the Leisure Consultancy were commissioned to review the activities of the Quaker Tapestry in order to both satisfy the stated key objectives of the Quaker Tapestry and to achieve long term financial sustainability.
Key tasks included reviewing:
- the mission and purpose of the organisation;
- views of users & partners
- governance & staffing (including the volunteer force);
- the financial performance; and marketing & promotion.
Consultation with Trustees, staff and volunteers formed a key part of the consultancy.
