Background:
Reviewing sites and analysing potential end uses forms part of the experience of The Leisure Consultancy. Recent project work commissioned by The Mahdlo Centre Oldham focussed on assessing potential uses on two sites taking into consideration their sizes and locational attributes.
The appraisals encompassed a range of leisure uses such as performing arts spaces, outdoor recreation and play together with other applications including residential and exercise/medically related faclities.
